Pomegranate Tenderloin

We made this a couple weeks ago and I forgot to tell y’all about it! oops. 🙂  We love watching Good Eats with Alton Brown.  John loves how he breaks down the science of how everything works.  Alton made Pomegrante Molasses and used it as a glaze for a leg of lamb… well, since John and I can’t afford a leg of lamb (and probably wouldn’t like it anyway) we opted for a pork tenderloin.

We basted the tenderloins probably 3-4 times while baking.  Then we served it with a little molasses as a dipping sauce.


This glaze was so yummy!  We will definitely try it on other meats in the future.

    Love the subbing of pork for lamb! Aint a fan of lamb at all, but we love pork tenderloin and this looks right up my alley. Yum!

    Can’t believe that our little blonde girl (all grown up) likes molasses now.
