I love grilled food. Thankfully, John loves to grill it for me. 🙂
This chicken is sooo easy to make too. John used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cut them into “tender” size pieces. He marinated them in bbq sauce for about 1 hour, then threw them on the grill. He basted them with the sauce as they cooked so they would be nice and juicy. I don’t know the exact point value since John didn’t measure the bbq sauce, but I think it’s about 3 points per breast. So, the size of the meat shown is about 3 WW points.
