Cornflake Chicken

Cornflake chicken was a staple at my house growing up.  It’s cheap, easy to make, and everybody loves it.  Thankfully, John loves it too. 

 Cornflake Chicken 

Chicken tenders

Melted butter

Crushed Corn Flakes

Dip the chicken tenders into the butter, then coat with Corn Flakes.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes (or until chicken pieces are fully cooked).
